RAQ continually seeks to diversify its market presence and portfolio in the Civil Contracting sector. We are seeking a skilled and motivated QA/QC Engineer to join our construction team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering principles, excellent communication & problem-solving abilities, and a passion for construction. This role involves designing, developing, testing, and troubleshooting construction projects and systems to ensure they meet our high standards of quality and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement the Project Quality Plan (PQP) and maintain compliance with ISO 9001:2015.
Review and approve ITPs, Method Statements, and Material Submittals.
Conduct and witness inspections and testing for civil, structural, architectural, and MEP works.
Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality / DCD / Trakhees / ADM standards and project specifications.
Raise and follow up Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and corrective actions.
Maintain QA/QC documentation, inspection logs, and test reports.
Coordinate with consultants, clients, and subcontractors to resolve quality issues.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly QA/QC reports for management and consultants.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years of experience in building projects within the UAE or GCC.
Strong knowledge of QA/QC standards, materials, and site inspection procedures.
Familiar with ASTM, BS, and ACI standards and UAE authority regulations.
ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification preferred.
Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
