Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement test strategies to ensure products meet quality standards, leveraging industry best practices and innovative approaches.
- Conduct thorough manual and automated testing, focusing on performance, usability, and reliability to enhance user satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve defects early in the development process, promoting a culture of proactive quality assurance.
- Create comprehensive test plans and detailed test cases that align with project specifications and requirements to ensure full coverage.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, providing a strong technical foundation for quality assurance work.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in QA/QC roles, demonstrating a proven track record in testing methodologies and quality control processes.
Certifications such as ISTQB, CSTE, or Six Sigma that validate expertise and commitment to quality assurance practices.
Experience in industries like software development, manufacturing, or pharmaceuticals, showcasing adaptability across diverse sectors.
