Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor s degree in Mechanical, Civil, or relevant Engineering discipline.
Minimum 8 years of QA/QC experience in Oil & Gas EPC projects, especially refineries.
Strong knowledge of international codes, standards, and project specifications.
Certification in QA/QC (ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, etc.) is a plus.
Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
Good communication and team collaboration skills.
