Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

• Design and implement testing plans to ensure quality standards are met throughout the development process.
• Conduct thorough inspections and reviews of project documentation, specifications, and designs to identify potential quality issues early.
• Develop and execute automated and manual test scripts to verify functionality, performance, and reliability of software products.
• Collaborate closely with development teams to understand requirements and provide feedback on quality improvements during the software lifecycle.
• Utilize advanced testing tools and methodologies to analyze test results and report defects with detailed documentation.
• Facilitate continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing quality metrics and recommending process enhancements.
• Train and mentor junior QA engineers in best practices, testing techniques, and quality assurance methodologies.
• Conduct root cause analysis for defects and provide actionable insights to prevent recurrence in future releases.

Desired Candidate Profile

A Civil QA/QC Engineer ensures construction projects meet quality standards, specifications, and codes through rigorous inspection, testing, and documentation. Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering with 4–8 years of experience, proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office, and skilled in ISO 9001:2015 standards and material testing
