Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Implement and monitor the project quality plan (PQP) and ensure full compliance across all construction activities.
Review and approve method statements, ITPs, material submittals, and inspection reports.
Conduct regular site inspections and audits to verify the quality of work and materials.
Monitor testing procedures for concrete, asphalt, utilities, and other infrastructure elements.
Ensure that non-conformances (NCRs) and corrective actions are properly recorded, tracked, and closed.
Coordinate with contractors and project engineers to resolve quality issues efficiently.
Maintain up-to-date QA/QC documentation and prepare periodic quality performance reports.
Promote continuous improvement and ensure adherence to ISO 9001 standards.
Support the handover and as-built documentation process, ensuring compliance with client requirements.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
Minimum 12 years of relevant QA/QC experience, with at least 5 years in the Middle East (KSA preferred).
Proven background in infrastructure and mixed-use development projects under consultant supervision.
Strong understanding of international quality standards (ASTM, BS, ACI, ISO 9001).
Experience in preparing and implementing QA/QC plans, audits, and inspection procedures.
Excellent communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
Certification in ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor or equivalent is an advantage.
