Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Manage all quality activities at site and supervise QC inspectors
Implement and monitor Project Quality Plans & Procedures
Prepare and review Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs)
Conduct internal & external audits and follow up on corrective actions
Monitor subcontractors quality performance and compliance
Liaise with client on all quality-related matters
Maintain quality records and resolve technical/quality issues
Ensure compliance with contract specifications and industry standards

Desired Candidate Profile

Graduate Engineer in relevant discipline
Certified Lead Assessor (IRCA / RABQSA or equivalent)
Welding Inspection Certification (CSWIP 3.1 / AWS-CWI)
Coating Certification (BGAS / NACE Level 2)
NDT Certification (ASNT Level II RT, UT, MT, PT)

Minimum 15+ years overall experience
At least 8+ years in Oil & Gas projects
Minimum 5 years in Quality leadership role
Minimum 5 years GCC / Middle East experience preferred
Experience across engineering, procurement, construction, pre-commissioning & commissioning phases

Strong knowledge of quality systems, audits, and industry codes
Ability to perform root cause analysis & quality improvement strategies
Strong communication skills (English)
Proficient in MS Office
