Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities :
Manage and distribute company quality documentation.
Monitor all quality-related activities across projects.
Ensure contractors/vendors meet quality requirements.
Prepare and maintain project QA/QC documentation.
Track effectiveness of the quality management system and suggest improvements.
Coordinate with client representatives on quality matters.
Handle audits, reports, NCRs, site observations, and customer complaints.
Ensure proper documentation at project completion.
