We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced QA/QC Engineer to ensure the quality of materials, workmanship, and processes across all stages of project execution. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing quality assurance (QA) and quality control (QC) procedures, performing inspections, and ensuring compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement project-specific QA/QC plans and procedures
Conduct incoming material inspections, process inspections, and final inspections
Coordinate with consultants, clients, and contractors on quality-related matters
Prepare and maintain inspection and test plans (ITPs), method statements, and checklists
Monitor construction or manufacturing activities to ensure adherence to approved drawings and specifications
Perform non-conformance reports (NCRs) and root cause analysis
Ensure all quality records are properly maintained and documented
Support internal and external audits
Assist in material approvals, sampling, and testing as per standards
Provide training to site teams and subcontractors on quality procedures

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or related field
Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 standards and QA/QC methodologies
Familiar with local and international codes (e.g., ASTM, BS, ACI, ASME, etc.)
Proficient in MS Office, report writing, and quality documentation
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
