About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced QA/QC Engineer specialized in Marine Civil Construction to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will ensure all quality assurance and control processes meet project specifications and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement quality control and assurance protocols
Conduct audits, inspections, and quality assessments
Manage and maintain quality documentation and reports
Oversee project quality plans and ensure compliance with standards
Coordinate with site and project teams to resolve quality issues

Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering, Marine Engineering, or a related field
Minimum 10 years of experience as a QA/QC Engineer
Prior experience in marine civil construction is a strong advantage
Proficiency in Quality Management, Quality Control, and Auditing
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and teamwork skills
Excellent communication and reporting abilities
Must be currently available in the UAE
Ability to work on-site in Abu Dhabi
