Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement quality control plans and procedures specifically for mechanical pipeline projects, ensuring adherence to project specifications and industry standards.
  • Conduct regular inspections of pipeline construction activities, including welding, coating, and installation, to verify compliance and identify potential issues early on.
  • Review and approve welding procedures (WPS), welder qualifications (WPQR), and non-destructive examination (NDE) reports to ensure the integrity of pipeline welds.
  • Manage and maintain quality documentation, such as inspection reports, material certifications, and as-built drawings, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, providing a strong foundation in engineering principles.

  • Holds relevant certifications such as Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) or API certifications, demonstrating expertise in pipeline inspection.

  • Demonstrates a minimum of 15 years of experience in QA/QC within the oil and gas or pipeline industry, showcasing practical knowledge.

  • Has a proven track record of working on pipeline projects, specifically with experience in onshore or offshore pipeline construction.


Candidates must have relevant experience in Pipeline, EPC, Oil & Gas, Flowline, Brownfield, Upstream Facilities, or Wellhead projects. Preference will be given to candidates with prior Gulf experience, especially those who have worked on ADNOC projects. ✅ Clean Shave facial policy is applicable ❌ Candidates with Metro Line, Building Line, or Road Infrastructure experience are NOT eligible No Building construction experience except for road safety coordinators
