Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough inspections of materials, equipment, and workmanship to ensure adherence to project specifications and international standards, identifying any non-conformances.
  • Develop and implement Quality Control plans, inspection and test plans, and procedures, ensuring all project phases meet stringent quality requirements.
  • Lead and mentor a team of QA/QC inspectors, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations to foster a culture of quality.
  • Oversee the calibration and maintenance of inspection and testing equipment, guaranteeing accurate and reliable results.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, or related field) or equivalent.

  • Holds relevant certifications such as CSWIP, ASNT, or API certifications, demonstrating professional competence.

  • Demonstrates a minimum of 2-5 years of experience in QA/QC within the construction, or manufacturing industries.

  • Exhibits a strong understanding of international codes, standards, and regulations (e.g., ASME, ASTM, ISO).
