QA/QC Engineer - Dubai

We are seeking a qualified QA/QC Engineer with proven experience in steel structure buildings and exposure to commercial buildings, warehouses, villas, and industrial projects in the UAE. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring quality standards are met in accordance with project specifications, approved drawings, and applicable codes.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain the Quality Assurance and Quality Control systems at site.

• Review project specifications, drawings, method statements, and inspection & test plans (ITPs).

• Conduct inspections for steel structure works, civil works, and finishing activities to ensure compliance with approved standards.

• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and site teams for inspections and approvals.

• Ensure compliance with UAE construction standards, project quality plans, and safety requirements.

• Identify non-conformities, issue NCRs, and ensure timely corrective and preventive actions.

• Maintain quality documentation, inspection reports, test results, and records.

• Monitor material approvals, material inspections, and site workmanship quality.

• Support project handover activities including final inspections and documentation.
