Job Description:

Job Title: QA/QC Civil Inspector

Location: (Project Site Saudi Arabia / GCC)

Industry: Oil & Gas / Refinery / Petrochemical / Infrastructure / EPC

Job Summary:

The QA/QC Civil Inspector is responsible for inspecting and ensuring that all civil and structural works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and international quality standards. The role involves site inspections, documentation, and coordination with construction teams to maintain quality compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform inspection of civil works as per approved ITP (Inspection Test Plan)
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, and quality standards
• Inspect activities such as excavation, backfilling, concreting, formwork, and rebar works
• Verify materials (cement, aggregates, steel) and review test reports
• Witness concrete pouring, slump tests, cube tests, and curing processes
• Ensure proper alignment, levels, and dimensions as per drawings
• Conduct inspections for foundations, structures, pavements, and underground works
• Coordinate with third-party laboratories and client representatives
• Prepare and maintain inspection reports and QA/QC documentation
• Raise NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports) and follow up for closure
• Participate in audits and quality reviews
• Ensure adherence to HSE standards during inspection activities

Requirements:

• Diploma / Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 510 years of experience in QA/QC Civil works
• Experience in Oil & Gas / Refinery / Infrastructure / EPC projects
• Mandatory GCC / Saudi Arabia experience preferred (contractor side)
• Experience in Shutdown & Turnaround projects
• Familiarity with international standards (ACI, ASTM, BS, Aramco standards)
• Experience in concrete works, structural inspection, and soil-related activities
