Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform QA/QC inspections during electrical outage activities
- Verify compliance with electrical procedures and testing requirements
- Review inspection documentation and reports
- Support quality audits and NCR management
- Ensure compliance with nuclear QA/QC standards
- Coordinate with outage teams and client representatives
Mandatory Requirements:
- Minimum 5-8 years QA/QC experience
- Previous outage/shutdown experience
- Electrical maintenance background
- Experience in power generation or nuclear environments
- Strong documentation and reporting skills
- Good English communication skills
Strongly Preferred:
- Nuclear QA/QC experience
- GCC power generation experience
- Experience with electrical testing QA/QC
Internal Sourcing Constraints:
- Prioritize candidates with previous Barakah outage experience
- Avoid sourcing candidates from nationalities historically facing Barakah clearance restrictions
- Preferred sourcing regions: India, South Africa, Eastern Europe and GCC-based expatriates
