Roles & Responsibilities

Roles & Responsibilities:

Quality Assurance:

  • Develop and implement QA/QC policies, standards, and procedures across all projects.
  • Conduct audits, inspections, and tests to ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and client requirements.
  • Identify quality risks and implement corrective and preventive actions to address potential non-conformities.

Documentation and Reporting:

  • Maintain and manage QA/QC documentation, including inspection reports, material test results, and non-conformance reports.
  • Prepare and present regular quality performance reports to management and clients.
  • Ensure all project quality records are maintained and accessible for future reference.

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Liaise with project managers, engineers, contractors, and suppliers to address quality concerns.
  • Facilitate quality-related meetings, training sessions, and workshops.
  • Work closely with procurement teams to ensure the quality of materials and equipment aligns with project requirements.

Regulatory Compliance:

  • Ensure all projects adhere to relevant industry standards, safety regulations, and Pico Play's quality standards.
  • Stay updated on changes in standards, codes, and practices applicable to themed attraction projects.

Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in QA/QC roles, with at least 3 years in a senior position.
  • Experience in themed attractions, large-scale construction, or entertainment projects is highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of QAQC processes, ISO standards, and relevant regulatory requirements.
  • Proficiency in using QAQC tools and software.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
