Role & responsibilities Inspect the raw materials and mill certificate against the code/client specification/Drawing.

Inspection of the structural and piping fabrication made in accordance with the drawing to full-fill the

necessary specifications.

Every worker must be given a brief overview of the structural, piping, mechanical, coating, and insulation

requirements during the toolbox meeting before work start work.

Welding-related audits, inspections, consumable storage inspection, and advice subcontractors to full-fill

requirements

Any deviation from work activities or against the drawing identified during process inspection and

surveillance inspection should be reported immediately to the appropriate personnel so that it could

possibly be fixed.

To full-fill client requirements, confirm NDT personnel competence, and perform field calibration.

Ensure the system (shop and field) meets the NDT (PT, MPI, RT, UT and PMI) requirements.

RT film interpretation and frequent monitor the system.
