Proven experience in laboratory testing within precast concrete, construction materials, or related industriesKnowledge of concrete testing standards and proceduresStrong understanding of material properties, mix designs, and quality control processes in precast productionGood analytical skills and attention to detailAbility to work independently and as part of a teamQualification: Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Materials Science, or related fieldImmediate availability preferred/span
