Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive quality control plans and procedures specifically tailored for civil engineering projects, ensuring adherence to project specifications and regulatory standards.

  • Conduct regular site inspections and audits to monitor construction activities, materials, and workmanship, proactively identifying and addressing potential quality issues.

  • Manage and oversee a team of QA/QC inspectors, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations to ensure effective quality control practices.

  • Review and approve engineering drawings, specifications, and submittals, ensuring compliance with quality requirements and identifying any potential discrepancies.

  • Must have experience in High rise building and Villas.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, providing a strong foundation in engineering principles and practices.
  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in QA/QC within the civil construction industry, demonstrating practical knowledge of construction processes.
  • Possession of relevant certifications such as a Certified Quality Auditor (CQA) or equivalent, showcasing a commitment to quality standards.
  • Proven experience in managing and leading QA/QC teams, including experience in project management and team leadership.
