QA/QC Manager - Civil Shapoorji Pallonji Mideast LLC., Riyadh

Develop, implement, and maintain the Project Quality Plan (PQP)

Establish QA/QC procedures, inspection plans, and work instructions

Ensure compliance with contract specifications, standards, and regulations

Supervise and coordinate site inspections and testing activities

Review and approve Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs)

Monitor construction activities including earthworks, concrete, structural works, roads, and infrastructure

Ensure materials used on site meet approved specifications

Review and approve method statements, material submittals, and shop drawings

Maintain QA/QC records, inspection reports, test results, and NCRs

Prepare quality reports and submit them to clients/consultants

Manage Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and corrective/preventive actions

Coordinate laboratory and field testing for materials (concrete, soil, asphalt, steel, etc.)

Ensure calibration of testing equipment

Approve material sources and suppliers in coordination with procurement

Liaise with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and site engineers on quality issues

Conduct quality meetings and toolbox talks related to quality

Support construction teams in resolving quality-related problems

Conduct internal quality audits and inspections

Train site staff on quality procedures and best practices

Lead and manage the QA/QC team on site

Promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement
