Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive quality control plans tailored to hotel construction projects, ensuring alignment with brand standards and local regulations.
  • Oversee all on-site quality assurance activities, including inspections, testing, and documentation, to guarantee adherence to project specifications.
  • Manage a team of QA/QC inspectors, providing training, guidance, and performance evaluations to maintain a high level of expertise.
  • Conduct regular audits of construction processes and materials, identifying and resolving any non-conformances promptly.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

  • Holds relevant certifications such as ASQ Certified Quality Manager (CQM) or equivalent.

  • Demonstrates a minimum of 12 years of experience in QA/QC within the construction industry, with a focus on hotel projects.

  • Exhibits a deep understanding of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
