Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Prepare and implement the Project QA/QC Plan, procedures, and Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs).
  • Ensure all construction works meet contract specifications, drawings, and local authority codes.
  • Lead and supervise QA/QC engineers and inspectors on site.
  • Review and approve material submittals, method statements, and mockups/benchmarks.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and coordinate with contractors/consultants for approvals.
  • Monitor testing activities and verify results through approved laboratories.
  • Raise, track, and close NCRs; ensure corrective and preventive actions are completed.
  • Control quality records (MIR, IR, WIR, test reports, as-built, handover documents).
  • Manage snagging/defects lists and support final inspections and handover to client.
  • Provide weekly/monthly quality reports and highlight risks to project management.
  • Support audits and ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and project quality standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor’s degree in engineering; minimum of 15 years related experience; minimum of 12 years in project QAQC management in Real Estate Projects.
