Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Drive statistical methods in process control and continual improvement in process control and quality
Develop QAPs for solar and wind farms, substation as well as transmission line.
Assess the qualification of Vendors for renewable plants, including solar, wind, and BESS plants
Lead in supplier quality management activities including supplier performance assessment, warranty and claim process and supplier certifications
Review and approve supplier manufacturing processes, ITP and FAT
Monitor of TPIA reports on a daily basis prepared by project EPC.
Update of Vendor Quality Tracker.
Prepare weekly inspection / NCR MIS.
Conduct witness review based on ITP at site
Supervise the effective implementation of all test and inspection schedules and ensure adherence to all procedures and coordinate with various teams (including Project company, EPC contractors, Sub-contractors, Consultants) to perform quality audits on processes.
Review the quality of all materials at the site and ensure compliance with all project specifications and quality and collaborate with the department for all material procurement.
Approve disposition actions for NCRs
Follow ups with development teams (Vendor, Procurement & Project) for effective
