Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive Quality Management System (QMS) that aligns with international standards and project requirements.
• Lead, train, and mentor the quality assurance and quality control teams to promote a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
• Manage the Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) process, ensuring root causes are identified and resolved effectively.
• Oversee supplier qualification and performance monitoring to ensure consistent quality across the supply chain.
• Conduct regular site inspections, internal audits, and quality reviews to ensure adherence to specifications, drawings, and applicable standards.
• Coordinate closely with contractors, consultants, and suppliers to identify and resolve quality-related issues in a timely and efficient manner.
• Ensure full compliance with ASQ/ISO standards and maintain relevant certifications throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare detailed quality reports and documentation for internal use and regulatory or client audits.
