Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Conduct visual inspections of piping systems, ensuring compliance with project specifications, codes, and standards
  • Verify material traceability by reviewing material test reports MTRs and ensuring proper documentation for all piping components
  • Prepare and maintain inspection reports, documenting inspection findings, non-conformances, and corrective actions
  • Collaborate with engineering, construction, and other stakeholders to resolve technical issues and ensure project success
  • Participate in pre-commissioning and commissioning activities, verifying the integrity of piping systems before operation
  • Ensure adherence to all relevant safety regulations and company policies during inspection activities

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
  • Holds certifications such as CSWIP, API 510, or AWS CWI
  • Demonstrates 5+ years of experience in the oil and gas, petrochemical, or power generation industries
  • Exhibits excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse teams
  • Demonstrates strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail
  • Is a self-motivated and results-oriented individual, capable of working independently and as part of a team
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken, with additional language skills a plus
