Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Inspect Piping systems and components on construction sites for quality and compliance with specifications

2. Conduct inspection as per applicable specifications & approved ITP.

3. Document inspection results and prepare detailed reports. Maintain records of inspections, tests, and other quality control activities

4. Material awareness for the typical piping material used in industry

5. Fit-up & Weld visual inspections.

6. Report to Quality manager for all quality related matters & help to implement & improve QMS.

7. Perform surveillance at construction site and raise nonconformity reports & follow up for closure of the same.

8. Conducting piping loop walk thru, LHS clearance, NDT Clearance

9. Monitor weld and welders performance

Experience: -

1. Approx. 8-10 yrs of hand-on Experience in EPC Company mainly preferably in Ammonia/Oil & Gas/Petrochemical Industry.

2. Experience of working at construction sites in QA/QC for process plant in Oil and Gas Industry.

Qualification: -

1. Graduate/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.

2. NDT Level II (RT, LP, MPI, UT etc)

3. Certified Welding (CSWIP, AWS) & Painting Inspector (BGAS/NACE) (Preferably)
