QA/QC Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled QA/QC Specialist with a strong background in quality assurance and quality control within the construction and general contracting industry.

The QA/QC Specialist will be responsible for ensuring that all construction activities comply with project specifications, quality standards, and regulatory requirements, while supporting continuous improvement across all project phases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and monitor QA/QC procedures to ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and client requirements.
• Review and interpret drawings, specifications, and contract documents for quality-related requirements.
• Conduct inspections and tests on construction works and materials to verify compliance with ITP (Inspection & Test Plans), IFC (Issued for Construction), and project standards.
• Review and manage QA/QC documentation including IFT (Issued for Tender), IFC, ITP, material submittals, method statements, and test reports.
• Identify non-conformances, prepare reports, and coordinate corrective/preventive actions with relevant teams.
• Maintain accurate QA/QC documentation including inspection reports, test records, and quality logs.
• Liaise with consultants, clients, and subcontractors regarding quality requirements and ensure effective communication.
• Monitor subcontractors quality performance and ensure alignment with company standards.
• Support project teams in achieving consistent quality deliverables within schedule and budget.
• Participate in internal and external quality audits and ensure closure of findings.
• Promote a culture of quality awareness and continuous improvement across project teams.
