QA & QC Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain quality standards for manufacturing PP woven bags, leno bags, and ropes, ensuring they meet customer specifications and industry regulations.
• Implement quality control procedures and guidelines for the production process to minimize defects and ensure consistency.

Inspection and Testing:

• Conduct regular inspections and tests on raw materials, production processes, and finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Utilize various testing methods and equipment to assess the durability, strength, and overall quality of PP woven bags, leno bags, and ropes.

Process Improvement:

• Analyze quality control data to identify trends and areas for improvement in the production process.
• Lead initiatives to enhance manufacturing efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product quality.

Team Management and Training:

• Supervise and train the QA & QC team, promoting a culture of high quality and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with production teams to implement quality control measures and address any quality issues promptly.

Supplier Quality Management:

• Work closely with suppliers to ensure the quality of raw materials meets established standards.
• Conduct supplier audits and reviews to maintain a reliable supply chain.

Customer Feedback and Complaint Resolution:

• Address customer complaints related to product quality, implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Incorporate customer feedback into quality improvement plans to meet and exceed customer expectations.

Compliance and Documentation:

• Ensure all QA & QC activities comply with legal, regulatory, and ISO standards.
• Maintain accurate quality documentation and records for audits and certifications.
