Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Qualification Required:- Diploma in relevant field
Experience Required:- 3-5 years of experience in Establish and maintain quality standards for manufacturing PP woven bags, leno bags, and ropes, ensuring they meet customer specifications and industry regulations.
Implement quality control procedures and guidelines for the production process to minimize defects and ensure consistency.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain quality standards for manufacturing PP woven bags, leno bags, and ropes,

- Inspection and Testing:
- Conduct regular inspections and tests on raw materials, production processes, and finished products
- to ensure quality standards are met.
- Utilize various testing methods and equipment to assess the durability, strength, and overall quality
- of PP woven bags, leno bags, and ropes.
- Process Improvement:
- Analyze quality control data to identify trends and areas for improvement in the production process.
- Lead initiatives to enhance manufacturing efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product quality.
- Team Management and Training:
- Supervise and train the QA & QC team, promoting a culture of high quality and continuous
- improvement.
- Coordinate with production teams to implement quality control measures and address any quality
- issues promptly.
- Supplier Quality Management:
- Work closely with suppliers to ensure the quality of raw materials meets established standards.
- Conduct supplier audits and reviews to maintain a reliable supply chain.
- Customer Feedback and Complaint Resolution:
- Address customer complaints related to product quality, implementing corrective actions to prevent
- recurrence.
- Incorporate customer feedback into quality improvement plans to meet and exceed customer
- expectations.
- Compliance and Documentation:
- Ensure all QA & QC activities comply with legal, regulatory, and ISO standards.
- Maintain accurate quality documentation and records for audits and certifications.
