QA/QC Technician

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable QA/QC Engineer to join our team and ensure the highest standards of quality in our products and processes. The QA/QC Engineer will be responsible for developing and implementing quality assurance and quality control programs, conducting inspections, and collaborating with various departments to maintain compliance with industry standards. This role is vital in supporting our commitment to excellence in serving various industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance and quality control procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and client specifications.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits of materials, processes, and finished products to identify non-conformities and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and supply chain teams to address quality issues, ensuring effective solutions are implemented promptly.
• Analyse quality data and metrics, identifying trends and recommending corrective actions to improve product quality.
• Prepare and maintain detailed documentation, including inspection reports, quality manuals, and non-conformance reports.
• Train employees on quality control standards, procedures, and best practices to foster a culture of quality within the organization.
• Participate in product development initiatives to ensure quality considerations are integrated into the design and manufacturing processes.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory requirements, and best practices related to quality assurance and control.
