Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Process Auditing:

  • Conduct internal audits of manufacturing and production processes (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001) to verify compliance with quality standards.
  • Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and safety protocols.
  • Identify gaps, non-conformities, and areas for improvement.

Documentation Review:

  • Review quality documentation including process records, inspection reports, and corrective action plans to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Data Analysis:

  • Collect and analyze process data to identify trends, pinpoint root causes of defects, and propose improvement opportunities.
  • Prepare audit reports and present findings to management.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with production, engineering, and quality assurance teams to implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to boost process efficiency and product quality.

Training & Compliance:

  • Participate in training programs to stay updated on quality standards and auditing techniques.
  • Ensure all processes comply with regulatory and safety requirements.
  • Support for New Projects:
  • Assist in developing and implementing quality plans for new products or processes.
  • Conduct risk assessments and contribute to failure mode and effects
  • analysis (FMEA). Acting on behalf of the QA Manager.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, or related field).
  • 6-10 years of experience in quality assurance, process auditing, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of quality management systems (QMS), auditing principles, root cause analysis, FMEA, and statistical process control (SPC).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent analytical thinking, and effective communication skills.
