Key Responsibilities:

• Lead QA planning and execution across wealth and banking platforms.
• Manage end-to-end testing: functional, API, and mobile (Android/iOS).
• Ensure adherence to QA processes (STLC/SDLC), manage test coverage, and track quality metrics.
• Work closely with business and development teams to define test strategy and scope.
• Review test cases, track defects, and ensure timely resolution.
• Manage a small team and coordinate with offshore and onsite team members.
• Provide regular QA status updates to stakeholders.

Required Skills:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in QA/testing in the Banking domain.
• Mandatory experience in Wealth Management Systems preferably Comarch.
• Experience managing at least 2 full-cycle projects as a QA/Test Manager.
• Hands-on experience with API testing tools like Postman.
• Experience in mobile and tablet testing (Android and iOS).
• Strong understanding of STLC, SDLC, and test documentation practices.
• Good communication and client-handling skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with banking clients in the Middle East region.
• Familiarity with Comarch modules is a strong advantage.
• ISTQB or other relevant QA certifications.
