Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Perform black-box testing on the CRM platform to uncover UI/UX and functional issues.
- Develop and execute test cases based on product requirements.
- Identify, document, and track bugs using issue tracking tools (e.g., Trello, Jira).
- Validate fixes and perform regression testing.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and customer support to understand workflows and pain points.
- If skilled in automation:
- Set up and maintain automated test scripts for repetitive testing scenarios (e.g., Selenium, Cypress).
- Suggest improvements to test coverage and efficiency.
Desired Candidate Profile
1 3 years of experience in software testing (black-box/manual testing).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience testing CRM systems or business software is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with QA tools and test case management.
- [Optional] Experience with test automation tools or scripting is a strong advantage.br>
Nice to Have: - Background in startups or tech-focused products.
- Basic knowledge of web technologies (HTML, JS, APIs).
- Familiarity with agile development.br>
