Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Perform black-box testing on the CRM platform to uncover UI/UX and functional issues.
  • Develop and execute test cases based on product requirements.
  • Identify, document, and track bugs using issue tracking tools (e.g., Trello, Jira).
  • Validate fixes and perform regression testing.
  • Collaborate with developers, product managers, and customer support to understand workflows and pain points.
  • If skilled in automation:
  • Set up and maintain automated test scripts for repetitive testing scenarios (e.g., Selenium, Cypress).
  • Suggest improvements to test coverage and efficiency.

Desired Candidate Profile

1 3 years of experience in software testing (black-box/manual testing).

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience testing CRM systems or business software is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with QA tools and test case management.
  • [Optional] Experience with test automation tools or scripting is a strong advantage.br>
    Nice to Have:
  • Background in startups or tech-focused products.
  • Basic knowledge of web technologies (HTML, JS, APIs).
  • Familiarity with agile development.br>
