Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Follow all relevant department policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner
Follow the day-to-day operations related to own jobs in the DDC department to ensure continuity of work.
Comply with all relevant CBE regulations, banking laws, AML regulations and internal CIB policies and code of conduct in order to maintain CIB s sound legal position and mitigate any potential risks.
Skills:
Quick respond to change (e.g., adding or improving test cases)
Objective external assessment of emerging issues in the team and troubleshooting through agile principles
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or its equivalent.
0-2 years of relevant experience in performance and functionality testing as part of the development cycle (3-5 for Senior QA Tester)
Familiar with implementing agile test strategies
Experience in working with product owners to define acceptance criteria
Familiar with coaching agile team members in relevant aspects of testing
