QAQC Inspector-Instrumentation

Job Summary:

• Liaise with the Customer Representative on the day-to-day quality related activities of the project
• Ensure the preparation of project specific QA/QC procedures, work instructions & ITP/Quality Plans as required and issue as per the Company IMS Procedures.
• Conduct trainings on Quality control, testing, ITPs etc.
• Raise Non-Conformance (NCRs), where warranted, on process / product non-conformances and liaise with discipline personnel to ensure corrective and preventive actions are taken.

Discipline specific: Conversant with BS, IEEE, Shell DEP, QP, & QCS Standards. Perform Inspection of all Instrumentation related activities as per ITP which includes but not limited to, Material Inspection, cabling works, calibration, Installation, Loop check, testing & commissioning.

Qualifications & job skills:

Full time Degree/Diploma in Instrumentation Engineering.

MMUP certified

Work experience of 8 to 10 years with minimum 5 years as QAQC function in Oil & Gas projects

Qualified Lead auditor in QMS ISO 9001 (optional)

u>Specific requirement (if any):

Experience as QAQC in Middle east

Previous approval from QP is an added advantage.

Knowledge in Kahramaa & Ashghal Standards is an added advantage.
