Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement QA/QC plans and procedures

  • Conduct site inspections and quality audits

  • Ensure compliance with project specifications and regulations

  • Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and project teams

  • Maintain project quality documentation and reporting

Desired Candidate Profile


  • Proven experience in luxury villa / high-end residential construction

  • Civil Engineering Degree Holder

  • Experience managing quality control across all project phases

  • Excellent leadership and coordination skills

  • UAE construction experience is mandatory
