Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
You will perform and support chemical and microbiological testing in our Quality Control laboratory in Saudi Arabia. You will work with laboratory colleagues, technical teams and quality partners to deliver accurate, timely results. We value clear communication, practical problem solving and continuous learning. Responsibilities
This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:
- Perform routine chemical and microbiological testing of raw materials, in-process samples and finished products using approved methods and instruments.
- Prepare reagents, maintain laboratory records and complete test documentation following procedures and data integrity principles.
- Carry out equipment checks, basic maintenance and support calibration and validation activities.
- Investigate and document out-of-specification results, support root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Train new analysts and share practical knowledge to support team performance and reliable data generation.
- Maintain inventory of consumables and support safe laboratory practice and environmental, health and safety (EHS) requirements.
Desired Candidate Profile
Basic Qualification
We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals:
- Bachelor s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmacy and Microbiology.
- Minimum 5 years of laboratory experience in quality control, analytical testing or a similar role.
- Practical knowledge of good manufacturing practice (GMP), good laboratory practice (GLP) and laboratory safety.
- Experience with common analytical techniques and laboratory equipment.
- Good written and spoken English for accurate documentation and team communication.
- Proficiency with basic computer tools such as Word and Excel.
Preferred Qualification
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:
- Experience with method transfer, validation or stability testing.
- Familiarity with quality management systems and risk-based laboratory practices.
- Experience in troubleshooting and maintaining laboratory instruments.
- Exposure to both chemical and microbiological testing.
- Understanding of data integrity best practices and record keeping.
- Strong problem solving and time management skills.
