QC Civil Engineer Saudi Services for Electro Mechanical Works Co.

- Raise Requests For Inspection (RFI) where required providing sufficient notice for hold, witness and inspection points. - Prepare / Review relevant Quality procedure documents such as Inspection Test Plan (ITP), Material Approval Request (MAR). - Perform comprehensive inspections of civil engineering activities at various stages of construction, including excavation, backfilling, concrete pouring, foundation work, structural components, earthworks, roadways, drainage systems, and other related tasks. - Verify that construction activities conform to approved project plans, drawings, and technical specifications. Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards. - Identify and document any deviations from the approved plans and specifications. Report and communicate these discrepancies to the project management team for prompt resolution. - Examine construction materials for quality, suitability, and compliance with project requirements. Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely delivery of approved materials to the construction site. - Maintain accurate and detailed records of all inspections, test results, and quality control activities. Prepare regular reports highlighting project progress, quality issues, and any necessary corrective actions. - Perform Internal Audits as required and participate in External Audits (if required) - Prepare Logs as required by QA/QC Manager
