Requirements:
Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in fit-out, joinery, or MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) works.
Solid understanding of quality standards and inspection procedures related to fit-out and MEP installations.
Proven experience in conducting site inspections, quality audits, and ensuring compliance with project specifications and standards.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and method statements.
Strong coordination skills with project teams, contractors, and suppliers.
Knowledge of relevant codes, standards, and regulations (local and international).
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
