Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement quality control processes that align with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct thorough inspections and tests of raw materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications.
  • Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement, providing actionable insights to the production team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot quality issues and devise effective corrective and preventive actions.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field is essential for foundational knowledge.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality control within manufacturing or related industries, showcasing hands-on expertise.
  • ISO 9001 or Six Sigma certification is highly desirable, demonstrating commitment to quality excellence.
  • Experience with quality management software and tools, enabling efficient tracking and analysis of quality metrics.
