Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Bachelor s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- From 10 to 15 years in consulting industry.
- Experience in:
Design and review all design documents (IFC-technical specification, calculation, etc)
Experience in CAD, Revit and Navisworks programs.
Strong awareness with AIA standards.
- Review the Technical design drawings and documents and ensure its compliance with all local and international codes, standards and design requirement.
- Review and ensure full coordination with other disciplines.
- Knowledge of ventilation and air conditioning systems and a successful track record of delivering detailed designs to the highest international and gulf standards.
- Reviewing of mechanical engineering calculations in support of systems design.
- Evaluating statistical data, customer design proposals, specifications and manuals to determine feasibility of design or application.
- Evaluating design drawings and calculations of specification for HVAC components, piping and mechanical systems to satisfy target requirements throughout the design process and contribute to content and direction.
