Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

The QC Inspector / Engineer ensures all mechanical activities comply with Aramco standards, project specifications, and international codes. The role includes monitoring welding, piping, fabrication, hydro testing, and material inspections to ensure quality and safety requirements are achieved, with strong experience in Static and Rotary Equipment including pressure vessels, heat exchangers, columns, pumps, compressors, storage tanks, and associated systems along with CSWIP certification for welding inspection.

Inspect welding, piping, static and rotary equipment installation and alignment

  • Review WPS, PQR, WPQ, NDT reports and material certificates
  • Witness hydro tests, pneumatic tests, leak tests and mechanical pre-commissioning
  • Conduct fit-up, visual inspections, dimensional checks and punch list activities
  • Ensure compliance with Aramco, ASME, API & ISO codes and quality procedures

Prepare QA/QC reports and documentation for final dossier and client handover

Desired Candidate Profile

Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering

  • CSWIP 3.1 certification Mandatory
  • Minimum 3+ years QC Mechanical (Inspector or Engineer) experience in Oil & Gas
  • Strong experience in Static & Rotary Equipment inspections
