Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Implement QA/QC activities including those of sub-contractors works in accordance with approved QCP /ITPs and Procedures, method statements and other contract documents.

Experience:

Shall have worked as GRE/GRP fitter/bonder a minimum of 3 years or supervisor for a minimum of 1 year.

Preferable attended Vendor specific training program (approved by Company) Non-metallic construction, installation and commissioning (i.e. GRE / HDPE / GRP pipe system) including QA/QC.

Desired Candidate Profile

Experienced GRE/GRP/HDPE piping technician or supervisor with a minimum of 3 years in installation and bonding works, or at least 1 year in a supervisory role. Skilled in implementing QA/QC activities in accordance with approved QCPs, ITPs, and project procedures. Proficient in preparing inspection and test reports, maintaining calibration records, and ensuring compliance with quality standards. Preferably trained by a vendor approved by the Company in non-metallic piping systems construction, installation, and commissioning.

Prepare and sign-off applicable records for quality surveillance / inspections / tests.

Maintain records of calibration, inspection and testing equipment.

Ensure availability of appropriate version of applicable work documents.

Witness qualification procedures, tests and certify the results

Provide feed-back to Site Quality Engineer or next immediate authority in quality organization chart (where SQE is not identified) on the day-to-day quality issues.

Education:

Shall be HNC or HND or appropriate craft training and trade certificate.
