Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Conduct detailed inspections of raw materials and finished products to ensure compliance with established quality standards and specifications.
  • Utilize advanced measuring and testing equipment to perform quantitative assessments, documenting all results meticulously for traceability.
  • Collaborate closely with production teams to identify quality issues early in the process, providing actionable feedback to minimize defects.
  • Develop and maintain quality control documentation, including inspection reports and non-conformance reports, to support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Train and mentor junior quality control staff on best practices and quality standards to enhance team performance and knowledge.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field is preferred for foundational knowledge in quality principles.
  • Certifications such as Six Sigma or ISO 9001 Auditor are advantageous for demonstrating a commitment to quality excellence.
  • Experience with statistical process control (SPC) and quality management systems (QMS) is crucial for effective quality analysis.
  • Candidates should possess strong attention to detail, ensuring that every aspect of the quality inspection process is thoroughly addressed.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory, and knowledge of additional languages is a plus for better communication in diverse teams.
