QC Inspector & Supervisor Requirements Oil & Gas

Inspector QC (Welding)

• Minimum 6+ years of experience in Oil & Gas industry
• Experience as QC Inspector (Welding) is mandatory
• CSWIP certification required (must be obtained before 2022)
• Saudi Aramco approval preferred
• Diploma / Degree in Engineering

Supervisor QC (Welding)

• Minimum 10+ years of experience in Oil & Gas industry
• At least 3 years as QCS (Welding)
• ISO Lead Auditor certification required
• CSWIP certification mandatory (before 2022)
• Saudi Aramco approval preferred
• Diploma / Degree in Engineering

Inspector QC (Piping)

• Minimum 6+ years of experience in Oil & Gas industry
• Experience as QC Inspector (Piping) required
• Saudi Aramco approval preferred
• Diploma / Degree in Engineering

Supervisor QC (Piping)

• Minimum 10+ years of experience in Oil & Gas industry
• Minimum 3 years as QCS (Piping)
• ISO Lead Auditor certification required
• Saudi Aramco approval preferred
• Diploma / Degree in Engineering

Inspector QC (Structural)

• Minimum 6+ years of experience in Oil & Gas industry
• Experience as QC Inspector (Structural) required

Inspector QC (Hydro Test Piping)

• Minimum 6+ years of experience in Oil & Gas industry
• Experience in piping hydro testing inspection required
• Saudi Aramco approval preferred
• Diploma / Degree in Engineering

Inspector QC (Static)

• Minimum 6+ years of experience in Oil & Gas industry
• Experience as QC Inspector (Static Equipment)
• API certifications (510, 570, 653) mandatory
• Saudi Aramco approval preferred
• Diploma / Degree in Engineering

Inspector QC (Rotating Equipment)

• Minimum 6+ years of experience in Oil & Gas industry
• Experience in rotating equipment inspection required
• Saudi Aramco approval preferred
• Diploma / Degree in Engineering

Inspector QC (Coating)

• Minimum 6+ years of experience in Oil & Gas industry
• Experience as QC Inspector (Coating) required
• BGAS Grade 1 or NACE Level 2 certification mandatory (before 2022)
• Saudi Aramco approval preferred
• Diploma / Degree in Engineering

Inspector QC (Civil)

• Minimum 6+ years of experience in Oil & Gas industry
• Experience as QC Inspector (Civil) required
