Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

    1. QC PIPING INSPECTOR

    2. QC WELDING INSPECTOR

    3. QC E&I INSPECTOR

    4. QC Civil INSPECTOR

    5. QC COATING INSPECTOR

  • Conduct thorough inspections of materials, equipment, and workmanship to ensure compliance with Aramco standards and project specifications, meticulously documenting findings.

  • Verify welding procedures, qualifications, and performance, ensuring adherence to WPS/PQR requirements and conducting visual inspections of welds.

  • Oversee and monitor NDT activities, including interpreting results, ensuring proper calibration and usage of equipment, and verifying technician certifications.

  • Review and approve inspection and test plans (ITPs), ensuring they align with project requirements and Aramco's quality control procedures.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, or related field) or equivalent, providing a strong technical foundation.
  • Holds a valid Aramco approval and has successfully passed the CBT examination for QC Inspector/Supervisor, demonstrating proven competency.
  • Certified in relevant NDT methods (e.g., RT, UT, MT, PT) to Level II or equivalent, showcasing expertise in non-destructive testing.
  • Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in quality control within the oil and gas or petrochemical industry, indicating extensive industry knowledge.
