Lead and inspire the Quality Control team, setting clear objectives and fostering a high-performance environment.

• Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive Quality Control strategies and systems, aligning with Total Quality Management principles.
• Oversee all aspects of product and process quality, from raw material inspection to final product release.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, utilizing advanced QC methodologies to enhance efficiency and reduce defects.
• Ensure strict compliance with industry regulations, international standards, and internal quality policies.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to quality protocols.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to integrate quality throughout the entire value chain.
• Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends, report on performance, and implement corrective and preventive actions.

• Exceptional Leadership: A proven track record of 10-15 years of progressive experience in Quality Control and Quality Management, with significant experience in a managerial capacity.
• Deep Expertise in Quality: Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with QC, Quality Control, Quality Management, and Total Quality Management (TQM) methodologies.
• Strategic Acumen: Demonstrated ability to develop and implement robust quality strategies that drive operational excellence and continuous improvement.
• Analytical Prowess: Strong command of Statistical Process Control, Root Cause Analysis, and other quality tools to identify, analyze, and resolve complex quality issues.
