Role & responsibilities
QC Manager required to lead the team
- Manage and lead the Quality Control team at site.
- Ensure all inspections are carried out as per ITP, QCP, project specifications, and client requirements.
- Review and approve WPS, PQR, material certificates, and QC documentation.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors for daily inspections and quality issues.
- Monitor welding, fabrication, installation, and NDT activities to ensure compliance.
- Conduct internal quality audits and handle NCRs, CARs, and site quality concerns.
- Prepare and maintain QC reports, final dossiers, and handover documents.
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards and company quality policies.
Desired Candidate Profile
Degree in Engineering (Mechanical preferred).
- 812+ years of QC experience in Oil & Gas / Petrochemical projects.
- Strong knowledge of welding, piping, fabrication, and NDT processes.
- Certifications preferred: CSWIP / AWS-CWI / ASNT Level II / ISO 9001 Lead Auditor.
- Good communication, documentation, and leadership skills.
