Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage all quality control activities related to pharmaceutical packaging materials, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Develop and implement quality control procedures, specifications, and testing methods for packaging components, including primary, secondary, and tertiary packaging.
  • Lead and mentor the QC team, providing training and guidance on testing procedures, quality standards, and GMP requirements specific to packaging.
  • Investigate and resolve packaging-related quality issues, deviations, and complaints, implementing corrective and preventive actions to prevent recurrence.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical packaging quality control, with a strong understanding of packaging materials and processes.

  • Proven experience in managing a QC team and providing effective leadership.
