Roles & Responsibilities

Role & responsibilities

  • Inspect surface preparation such as blasting, cleaning, and profile to ensure compliance with project specifications.
  • Monitor coating and painting application including primer, intermediate, and final coats.
  • Check environmental conditions (temperature, humidity, dew point) before and during coating work.
  • Measure and record coating thickness (WFT/DFT) and perform a visual inspection for defects.
  • Ensure coating activities comply with project standards and the requirements of NACE International and The Welding Institute (BGAS).
  • Maintain inspection reports, coating logs, and quality documentation.
  • Coordinate with QA/QC team, supervisors, and client inspectors during inspections.
  • Identify non-conformities and ensure corrective actions are implemented

Desired Candidate Profile

Candidates Must have atleast 8 years of experience in the respected field (B.TECH/B.E).

  • Candidates who have diploma need minimum 10 years of experience in the respected field.
  • Candidates must have BGAS Level 2 or NACE Level 2 Certification Mandatory.
  • Service Charge - 20k
