Roles & Responsibilities

Education:

Bachelor s Degree in Mechanical Engineering

Years of Experience:
  • From 10 to 15 years in consulting industry.
  • Experience in:
    Design and review all design documents (IFC-technical specification, calculation, etc
    Experience in CAD, Revit and Navisworks programs.
    Strong awareness with AIA standards.
Duties:
  • Review the Technical design drawings and documents and ensure its compliance with all codes local and international, standards and design requirement.
  • Review and ensure the full coordination between the work related to other disciplines.
  • Ensuring implementing that the Company Quality Standards, guidelines and plans are implemented properly, in addition to ensuring that all work assigned to his / her team members is completed properly, and meets the required specifications and sSenior Urban Design Engineertandards.
  • Review Fire Fighting Systems and plumping Project Specification, Bill of Quantities, Equipment schedules, Approval Documents, Reports and Calculations
